Event Management:
- Organize and manage company events such as the Annual Contractor Show, contractor dinners and BBQs, and the road race.
- Handle all event logistics including scheduling, venue setup, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
- Ensure events run smoothly and reflect the company’s brand and values.

Community Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with community partners and local organizations.
- Support charitable contributions, sponsorships, and donation programs by coordinating requests and ensuring alignment with company values.

Administrative & Communication:
- Maintain event calendars and provide timely updates to internal teams.
- Draft event-related communications for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate annual renewals with local advertising partners
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in event management, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in event planning and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with local community organizations and vendors.
- Previous experience in retail or building supply industry is a plus.
